OKALAHOMA CITY, Okla. — Saratoga Roofing hires new operations leaders to manage phenomenal growth. After one of the best years in company history, Saratoga Roofing and Construction starts 2013 by adding additional leadership and services to support its total building envelope strategy. The 2012 year “was a record breaking year for Saratoga”, said company President, Denver Green.” After receiving the Metro 50 Award from the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber of Commerce for being the fastest-growing privately held company in central Oklahoma. Saratoga was also named 207th on the Inc. 500/5000 list – 2012 was a year that set the company standards. “But now we want to add to our list of services to better serve our customers,” said Green.

To head up Saratoga’s aggressive growth strategies, Jason Nowell has been hired as the Chief Operating Officer. Jason comes to Saratoga with 14 years of management in the commercial construction industry. He also spent five years as a commercial general contractor managing over $120 million dollars in projects. Jason’s experience as an executive with one of the most respected construction managers in the USA can quickly incorporate the processes needed to be the best building envelope contractors in the country.

Saratoga also added an in-house Operational Excellence Manager. “We feel safety is an important issue in the roofing industry and we wanted to have an in-house expert. That’s why we hired Jon Brazeal. Jon has 11 years of Safety Leadership experience in the power industry and he brings a lot of knowledge and experience,” stated Saratoga’s President. Jon will be responsible for safety and the processes to support operational excellence.

CEO, Chris Green, said they wanted to put a huge emphasis on service. “We feel it is one of the most important areas of our business. Our goal is to be the best in the industry, and in order to do that, you have to have a great service and metal department.” And to head up those departments, Saratoga brought in Richard McKuhen. After successfully closing his commercial roofing company in Florida, Richard came to Saratoga as the National Service and Metal Manager. Richard has 39 years experience in the roofing industry and is also the director of Saratoga’s ES1 certified / UL approved sheet metal department. “Richard has a big job ahead of him, but we have no doubt that he will do great things,” said Chris.

The company has seen continual growth over the past few years. After moving into a new building in May 2012, Saratoga has already outgrown the building and needs to expand. They recently purchased additional land to accommodate their growing team. “The growth of our company reflects the value and services we bring to our customers. We set the bar high for our team at Saratoga and with each service we offer, we hire and train only the best team members.”
