BELOIT, Wis. -- Building products distributor ABC Supply Co., Inc. recently promoted 16 branch managers to managing partner. The honor recognizes the highest level of achievement among the company’s branch managers and gives these managers a more prominent leadership role within the company.

To be selected for the ABC Supply Managing Partner program, the managers met stringent criteria in the areas of customer satisfaction, associate development, branch performance, safety compliance and excellence in overall business practices.

“These 16 managers have demonstrated outstanding leadership skills and a strong commitment to their teams, customers and communities, and we are very happy to recognize them,” said Keith Rozolis, ABC Supply’s president and chief executive officer.

“Our branch managers are encouraged to think and act entrepreneurially,” he said. “Those who rise to the level of managing partner are the best of the best and will play a key role in helping to shape the initiatives that enable us to deliver more value to our customers and provide more opportunities for our associates.”
