JL Industries Inc., a division of the Activar Construction Products Group, announced the promotion of Carl Coleman to Regional Sales Representative.
Coleman has gained experience in the construction products as a customer service representative for 2 1/2 years, and was previously an account manager for City Group. He will handle accounts in the Midwest including Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota and South Dakota, Nebraska, Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Iowa, Montana, Idaho and Wyoming.
The Activar Construction Products Group, based in Minnesota, provides products to the commercial construction industry. Products include AED’s and cabinets, fire extinguishers and cabinets, metal access panels, roof hatches, and entrance floor mat systems.
JL operates from 7 locations in the US with 3 manufacturing plants; Minnesota, Florida and California.
