Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing announced the aquisition of Miradri.

Carlisle Coatings and Waterproofing, Wylie, Texas, a division of Carlisle SynTec, announced the acquisition of the Miradri business and related assets from Ten Cate Nicolon. The transaction finalized on October 3, 2003. The full integration date is set for March 1, 2003.
