Zuper Adds Four AI Agents for Field Service Teams
New tools target sales coaching, weather, collections and reputation management

Zuper is expanding its artificial intelligence tools for roofing and other field service contractors with four new AI agents designed to handle tasks ranging from sales coaching and weather alerts to collections and online reputation management.
The Seattle-based software company announced the launch of its AR Agent, Sales Coach Agent, Weather Agent and Reputation Agent, adding them to its existing CSR Agent and Field Agent. Zuper said the tools are intended to work alongside field and office employees rather than replace them.
For roofing contractors, one of the more notable additions is the Sales Coach Agent, which is currently in beta with selected roofing and exterior companies. With homeowner consent, the tool records in-person sales conversations, evaluates them against a contractor's sales playbook and sends feedback to the salesperson and manager shortly after the appointment.
"We've tried several sales tools that have come through the industry, and there was always something missing," said JT Ulyatt, CEO of Maven Roofing.

He said Zuper's tool provides feedback while the sales appointment is still fresh and keeps the information connected to the job record.
Zuper's Weather Agent monitors conditions across the markets a contractor serves and can send crew-ready forecasts through Zuper Chat or email before the workday begins.
The Reputation Agent connects incoming online reviews with customer and job information, while the AR Agent is designed to follow up with customers about overdue invoices through phone, text and email.
The company's existing Field Agent allows crews to verbally document jobs while working, converting spoken descriptions and photos into structured job records. Zuper said early users have reported saving about 30 minutes per crew member per job and completing checklists about 50% faster using voice.
"The time for experimentation is over. This is the outcome era," said Anand Subbaraj, founder and CEO of Zuper. "Our customers do not ask us for AI. They ask us for documentation that gets finished on the roof, invoices that get followed up on, and mornings that start with answers."
The Sales Coach, Weather and Reputation agents are available now, while the AR Agent is expected to launch early in the fourth quarter. Contractors can configure the agents through Zuper's Agent Studio using plain-language instructions and their own documents or operating playbooks.
