Rheinzink Expands Granum Extra Zinc Line in North America
The architectural zinc product is available for roofing, façades, wall cladding, gutters, downspouts and other exterior applications.
Rheinzink has introduced Granum Extra architectural zinc in North America for use in roofing, façades, wall cladding systems, gutters, downspouts and other exterior applications. The titanium-zinc material has a matte coating and is available in two finishes: Basalte, a dark gray that is nearly black, and Granite, a lighter gray.
Developed and manufactured in Germany, Granum Extra is intended for commercial and residential projects and can be used with materials including wood, stone and glass. The product meets ASTM B69-21 Architectural Rolled Zinc Type 1.
The company said the product is produced under environmental requirements, quality control methods and international standards.
Rheinzink said the launch expands its Granum line for North American building envelope applications.
