Keene Building Products has opened a new contractor training and certification facility in Euclid, Ohio.
The center provides classroom and hands-on instruction for contractors, distributors, architects and installation crews. Courses are taught by Keene’s technical staff, which the company says has more than 100 years of combined industry experience.
The curriculum includes product specifications, code compliance, job-site safety and installation best practices. Participants also receive practical instruction involving product installation, calibration, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
Contractors completing the program receive a Keene certificate of completion and 90 days of post-training assistance through the company’s technical help desk.
Training is available through one- or two-day sessions at the Euclid facility, an intensive demonstration boot camp, on-site instruction at a customer’s location or virtual instructor-led courses. Keene is limiting in-person classes to 20 attendees to provide more individualized instruction.
