Hill will lead Sika’s roofing and insulation technical teams after more than two decades with the company and its Rmax business unit.

“Laurie’s leadership, deep technical expertise, and commitment to excellence have been critical to the success of Sika’s Rmax insulation business,” Godard said. “Her expanded role will further enhance alignment across our roofing and insulation technical teams and position us for continued innovation and growth.”
Hill said she is honored to take on the expanded role.
