The appointments aim to strengthen the executive team as the company unites the capabilities of Leaf Home and Erie Home

Leaf Home COO Jason Lewinski and Chief Commercial Officer Chad Fenbert.
Leaf Home has appointed a chief operating officer and chief commercial officer as it continues integrating Erie Home following its 2025 acquisition.
Jason Lewinski, formerly executive vice president of operations, was named chief operating officer. He will oversee enterprise-wide operations, including installation, service, procurement and product development, supporting post-merger integration efforts. After the merger, he led the alignment of teams and operational priorities across the combined organization.
Lewinski previously served as chief operating officer of Erie Home, where he helped expand its roofing and basement businesses. His background also includes leadership roles at Trivium Packaging and Owens Corning.
Chad Fenbert was appointed chief commercial officer. He will oversee Leaf Home’s event and retail channels, focusing on retail partnerships and homeowner engagement in key markets. Fenbert most recently served as vice president of sales at USG Corporation. He previously spent nearly 30 years at Owens Corning in sales, marketing and general management roles.
The appointments expand Leaf Home’s executive team following its acquisition of Erie Home, which broadened the company’s residential service offerings and geographic footprint.
Leaf Home, based in Hudson, Ohio, is a residential home services company offering gutter protection, roofing, water filtration, bath remodeling, stair lifts, garage flooring and basement waterproofing. In 2025, the company acquired Erie Home, a roofing and basement waterproofing provider, expanding its service offerings and geographic footprint.
