BRAVA Roof Tile Expands Commercial Leadership Team
New leaders bring 100 years of combined experience from roofing distribution, manufacturing

Brava Roof Tile announced the expansion of its commercial team with the appointment of four industry professionals to regional leadership positions: Cory Garrison as West Region vice president, Kevin Earnest, as East Region vice president, Rod Guanche as Southeast Region vice president, and Brad Stalder as Central Region vice president.
In addition, Aaron Scholl has been promoted to vice president of channel programs, reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening relationships across all partnership channels. Combined, the group brings more than 100 years of experience in building materials industry leadership.

Garrison joins BRAVA with more than 20 years of leadership experience in the roofing distribution industry. His career includes key positions with ELK/GAF, and most recently, SRS Distribution, where he held multiple senior roles since 2013, including vice president of sales, West Region, and vice president of operations, West Region.
At SRS, Garrison was instrumental in developing and managing a business unit spanning the Northwest, Southwest and Mountain districts. He is recognized for building high-performing teams, achieving operational performance, and developing future industry leaders.
Kevin Earnest – Vice President, East Region
With over 25 years of experience in roofing manufacturing and homebuilding, Earnest brings a proven record of driving sales growth, expanding market share, and developing strong regional teams. He joins BRAVA from IKO Roofing Products, where he served as vice president of sales for the Eastern United States.
During his 15-year tenure with IKO, he helped lead the company’s growth into a recognized industry leader, while being internally promoted multiple times. Before IKO, Earnest spent 12 years in leadership roles with national builders, including Eastwood Homes and David Weekley Homes.
Rod Guanche – Vice President, Southeast Region
Guanche brings more than two decades of leadership experience in roofing and construction materials. He began his career with Polyfoam Products, later advancing through senior leadership roles with 3M, Boral Roofing Products, and Westlake Royal Roofing Solutions.
With an impressive record of multiple internal promotions within two industry-leading companies since 2001, Guanche played key leadership roles in scaling Boral’s business both before and after being acquired by Westlake.
Brad Stalder – Vice President, Central Region
Bringing nearly 30 years of experience in building materials and roofing distribution, Stalder most recently served as vice president of sales for the North Division at QXO (formerly Beacon), overseeing operations across the Midwest, Northeast, and Canada.
Stalder spent seven years with SRS Distribution, where he led the company’s Midwest region, and previously served as vice president of Willoughby Supply, helping guide the company through its acquisition by SRS in 2017. Previous experience also includes leadership roles with Pella Windows and Sherwin-Williams.
Aaron Scholl – Vice President, Channel Programs
Scholl, formerly national sales manager, has been promoted to vice president of channel programs, where he will oversee the development and execution of BRAVA’s channel initiatives across North America.
Since joining BRAVA five years ago, Scholl has played a role in expanding the company’s presence and building strong distributor and contractor partnerships.
In his new role, he will focus on enhancing channel performance, optimizing partner engagement, and supporting BRAVA’s growth in the premium synthetic roofing segment.
