CLIMIT, a supplier of jobsite condition monitoring technology, has announced a new integration with StructureCloud from C/F Data Systems.

Located in Weymouth, Mass., C/F Data Systems develops and sells integrated project management, job-costing, and construction accounting software, including its flagship offering, Structure, a leading construction accounting platform.

The collaboration provides contractors with real-time visibility into critical environmental factors, such as temperature, humidity, dew point, and light, directly within the platform.

For general contractors, CLIMIT's integration provides a single, verifiable source of truth, offering confidence that all environmental conditions align with project specifications, minimizing the potential for expensive rework or schedule delays.

For subcontractors, including those involved in roofing, drywall, flooring, concrete, painting, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, the software helps monitor conditions like high humidity or improper concrete moisture that can lead directly to material failures, voided warranties, and significant financial losses (e.g., pipe sweating or poor sealant cure).

By providing immediate alerts on key metrics, such as dew point and concrete substrate conditions, the integration empowers subs to make data-driven decisions on when to apply materials or install equipment, eliminating guesswork and securing the long-term success of their work. Ultimately, this integration serves as a robust risk mitigation and quality control tool for the entire project team, accelerating successful project completion for everyone.

By connecting environmental data directly to core business operations, contractors can align shipping schedules, crew deployment, and installation timelines with confidence. This seamless access to site conditions helps minimize risk, safeguard materials, and keep projects moving forward while strengthening communication with owners, architects, and general contractors.

“This integration underscores our mission to simplify and unify contractor operations,” said Vic Hansen, vice president of C/F Data Systems. “By embedding CLIMIT jobsite data into StructureCloud, we’re giving contractors unprecedented control over project logistics, ensuring that critical installation environments are always aligned with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.”

“We designed CLIMIT to give contractors the confidence that their installations are protected against environmental risks," said Climit CEO and Co-Founder. "Partnering with CF Data Systems extends that protection by putting jobsite intelligence directly into the operational hub contractors use every day.”
