Rocky Mountain Snow Guards, Inc., a manufacturer of snow retention systems based in Englewood, Colo., has announced the eight winners of its 2025 “Show Us Our Snow Guards” Contest. 

Roofing contractors from across the nation were recognized for their outstanding residential and commercial projects, with $10,000 in total prizes awarded. Two Grand Prize winners each received $2,000 in cash, while six runners-up earned product credits toward future Rocky Mountain Snow Guards orders.

This year’s winners include the following companies: 

Most Outstanding Residential Snow Retention System Project

$2,000 Grand Prize Winner - Home Grown Roofing & Contracting out of Conifer, Colo., for their use of Yeti 18 snow guards in dark bronze on the multi-faceted DaVinci Shake roof of a custom home in Breckenridge, Colo.

Runner Up – Battle Ridge Builders out of Belgrade, Mont., for their use of Blizzard HD II with S-5! S clamps and ice flags in dark bronze on standing seam metal on a newly-constructed home in Big Sky, Mont.. 

Runner Up – Umbrella Roofing out of Eagle, Colo., for their use of RG 16 snow guards in dark bronze on DaVinci Select Shake on a home in Arrowhead, Colo.

Runner Up – White Castle Roofing out of Lincoln, Neb., for their use of dark bronze RG 10 snow guards and S-5! ColorGard with S-5! E clamps and dark bronze color strips, on a DaVinci Slate and standing seam metal roof in Lincoln, Neb.

Most Outstanding Commercial Snow Retention System Project

$2,000 Grand Prize Winner - Turner Morris Commercial Roofing out of Arvada, Colo., for their use of Blizzard Heavy Duty III with S-5!  U clamps snow fence system in dark bronze on the copper standing seam roof of the Tyrolean Condo 49-unit complex in Vail, Colo.

Runner Up – Gem City Roofing, Inc. out of Laramie, Wy., for their use of S-5! ColorGard with S-5! H90 clamps and S-5! SnoClip  IIIs on MBCI SuperLok metal roof panels on the Ford Wyoming Center in Casper, Wy.

Runner Up – On Point Contracting out of Littleton, Colo., for their use of S-5! ColorGard with S-5! S clamps and evergreen color strips on a metal snap lock roof on the WoodSpring Suites Hotel in Littleton, Colo.

Runner Up – Rock-N-Road Construction out of Petersburg, Ala., for installation of S-5! X-Gard 2.0 with S-5! N clamps and X-Clips II on a metal-covered picnic enclosure at the El Cap Campground on Prince of Whales Island, AK.

The “Show Us Our Snow Guards” Contest ran from June 1 – July 31, 2025. Next year’s contest information will be posted in early 2026.
