Gulfeagle Supply announced that it has completed the acquisition of Broward Roofing Supply. Broward Roofing Supply distributes residential and commercial roofing materials throughout Southeast Florida.

The JIAN Group initiated this transaction, assisted in the negotiations leading to its conclusion and acted as financial advisor to the seller.

Gulfeagle will relocate its Dania Beach branch operations to the former Broward Roofing Supply facility. Beginning Aug. 1, 2025, the Hallandale Beach location will officially operate as a Gulfeagle Supply branch, enhancing the company’s ability to serve contractors and customers in the region.

Gulfeagle Supply has expanded to more than 140 locations nationwide following its acquisition of Elite Roofing Supply in June 2024.
