ABC Supply Co. Inc. has acquired Roofing & Supplies, Inc., located at 2503 Hull St. in Richmond, Va. The acquisition closed March 24, 2025.

Founded in 1970 by Luther Linwood Caudle Sr., Roofing & Supplies, Inc. is a family-owned business with a strong reputation among contractors, specializing in residential roofing, gutter products and related accessories. The company is operated by the second-generation sibling duo Luther Caudle Jr. and Gay Caudle.
