Last year was: “Tadlock Roofing’s financial performance in 2017 proved to steadily increase year-over-year and provide ample opportunity to hire new employees across six markets throughout Florida,” said Meagan Nixon, director of marketing. “Tadlock Roofing opened our sixth branch in Orlando, Fla. and the business has been doing well in part due to the critical hurricane season we had 2017, as well as the sales training program and marketing strategy implemented company-wide. In 2016, we secured a total revenue of $18.5 million and in 2017 held a 19.4 percent increase in revenue year-over-year.”
This year will be: “Tadlock Roofing expects to have a better year financially in 2018, as we are on target to secure $25.1 million in revenue, which presents a 13.5 percent increase in revenue year-over-year,” Nixon said.
What steps has your company taken in the last year to get new work and/or increase productivity?: Tadlock Roofing has implemented an internal sales training program for sales consultants across six cities throughout Florida that embodies a strategic approach to selling homeowners on-site during the initial appointment.
“Tadlock Roofing has hired a sales director and sales managers for all locations to oversee the sales training process and gauge success and areas for improvement,” Nixon said. “Additionally, Tadlock Roofing has implemented a strategic marketing plan in 2017 with the goal of building brand awareness in new markets, retaining market share in more seasoned markets and driving new leads.”
