What you didn’t know: BEST Contracting completed the reroof of “La Casa Grande,” at Hearst Castle in San Simeon, Calif. The work on the official state monument included around 150 squares of tile, 25 squares of built-up roofing, and the removal of thousands of bats that colonized underneath the former ceramic tile roof.
