Local GAF employees joined forces on July 13 with the Cape Fear chapter of Habitat for Humanity to participate in ‘Women Build,’ working to construct two homes in Habitat’s new Legacy Landing Development in Castle Hayne, N.C., and set aside for female homeowners to purchase.
Team members at GAF, one of North America’s largest roofing and waterproofing manufacturers, arrived on site early “…with enthusiasm and determination to help Habitat staff construct the first two of 10 homes in the Legacy Landing neighborhood,” according to a GAF news release.
