New Hampshire Roofing Contractor Sentenced for Filing False Tax Return
BOSTON — A New Hampshire roofing contractor was sentenced in federal court in Boston in connection with failing to report income from his roofing and siding business to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
According to a release from the U.S. Attorneys Office, Ronald McPhail, 53, of Windham, N.H., was sentenced Dec. 9 by U.S. Senior District Court Judge George A. O’Toole, Jr. to one year and one day in prison and one year of supervised release.
