Kansas Roofer Temporarily Banned from Business, Ordered to Pay Restitution, Penalties
TROY, Kan. — The Kansas Attorney General is making an example of a roofing contractor who was found in violation of the state's consumer protection laws.
Murry 66, a Doniphan County roofer, has been temporarily banned from performing roofing services in Kansas and ordered to pay more than $6,700 in restitution after being found in violation of consumer protection laws, according to a release from Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt's office.
