MCKINNEY, Texas — SRS Distribution Inc. announced its acquisition of JB Wholesale Roofing and Building Supplies Inc., a distributor of residential and commercial roofing and other related products. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Headquartered in Chatsworth, Calif., JB Wholesale was founded in 1979 by Keith Jones and is currently run by Brian Jones and Nizam Husaini. The company operates 11 locations across Southern California and employs a team of ~200 people.
