Moser Roofing Solutions, a commercial roofing contractor based in Lancaster, Pa. received a 2016 Duro-Last Project Award, a highly competitive award given annually to a project each year. 

The award winning project involved installing 68,000 square feet of roofing on a trucking warehouse terminal in Baltimore, Md. With workerrs and trucks needing access to the building around the clock, closing down the building wasn't an option. The team at Moser worked with Duro-Last to find the best solution for this project: retrofitting a new metal roof on top of the existing roof.

Duro-Last is the world's largest manufacturer of custom-fabricated single-ply roofing systems used on commercial spaces. Moser Roofing is a certified master contractor with Duro-Last and receives training and support from the manufacturer to ensure each project is a success.
