Co. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa starting today at 9:15 a.m. CDT.
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa – Texas Governor and presidential candidate Rick Perry will visit the D. C. Taylor Co. in Cedar Rapids, Iowa starting today at 9:15 a.m. CDT.
He is scheduled to address company employees at approximately 9:40 a.m.
Perry, who declared his candidacy Saturday in South Carolina, will spend approximately 45 minutes at the company taking a tour and being greeted by some 60 D. C. Taylor Co. employees. He is expected to talk about job creation.
D. C. Taylor Co. is one of the 20 largest industrial roofing contractors in the U.S. Since 2008, the company has hired 232 employees.
