Georgia-Pacific, Atlanta, announced that DensDeck® Roof Guard is now available to contractors in smaller bundles. The number of DensDeck pieces per bundle has been reduced to decrease the weight of the materials stored on the roof. This will allow installing contractors to use lifts, hoists and cranes more safely, and it will reduce the labor costs of distributing material on the roof. The new packaging is available in three truckload selections according to size. The 1/4-inch size includes 42 pieces per unit and 28 to 29 units per truckload. The 1/2-inch size includes 30 pieces per unit and 24 to 25 units per truckload, and the 5/8-inch size includes 30 pieces per unit and 18 to19 units per truckload.
