Roof Hugger Inc., Lutz, Fla., signed an exclusive agreement with HOPSA S.A., Panama City, Panama. HOPSA will manufacture, sell and distribute Roof Huggers in Central America and portions of South America. HOSPA also has a non-exclusive agreement in the Caribbean Islands. Officers from HOPSA came to Tampa for the signing of the agreement.
