ABC Supply Names Mike Jost Next CEO

Keith Rozolis will retire at the end of 2026 but remain with the company as an executive advisor and board member

ABC Supply Co. Inc. announced that CEO Keith Rozolis will retire effective Dec. 31, 2026, with President and Chief Operating Officer Mike Jost succeeding him as CEO on Jan. 1, 2027.

ABC Supply distributes roofing, exterior and interior building products and outdoor solutions across North America. Rozolis joined the company in 1999 and became CEO in 2014. During his tenure, the Beloit, Wis.-based distributor more than doubled its number of locations, expanded across North America and completed major acquisitions while investing in technology, operations and customer service.

"Leading ABC Supply has been the greatest privilege of my career," Rozolis said. "The company is in great hands with Mike, and I couldn't be more confident about what's ahead for ABC Supply."

Jost has served as president and COO since 2024 and has held leadership roles focused on operations, customer service and growth.

"Our strategy remains the same, our commitment to customers is unwavering and our culture is our greatest asset," Jost said. "We have strong momentum, an exceptional team and a solid foundation for continued growth."

ABC Supply founder Diane Hendricks credited Rozolis with helping strengthen the company through years of growth and change, while Board Chairman Brent Fox said Jost has been an integral part of the organization's success.

Rozolis will remain involved with ABC Supply after his retirement as an executive advisor and member of the company's board of directors. He and Jost will work together through the end of the year on the leadership transition.
