ContractorHUB, CompanyCam Launch Jobsite Photo Integration
Partnership connects visual documentation with estimates, production updates and customer communications
ContractorHUB and CompanyCam announced a software integration designed to turn jobsite photos and videos into automated business workflows for contractors.
The integration connects CompanyCam’s photo documentation platform with ContractorHUB’s contractor management system. Photos, videos and files captured in the field can trigger actions such as creating an estimate, changing a project’s production status, initiating customer communications and updating company reports.
The companies said the integration is intended to reduce repetitive administrative work by using jobsite documentation to activate processes rather than simply transferring files between platforms.
According to ContractorHUB, early users have reduced an estimated 50 to 100 administrative actions per month, representing approximately 10 to 20 hours of time savings. The company did not provide additional information about how those estimates were calculated.
“ContractorHUB’s approach extends the usefulness of jobsite documentation across day-to-day operations, creating an even better experience for our shared customers,” said Kevin Cairns, senior integrations manager at CompanyCam.
The CompanyCam integration is available to all ContractorHUB customers.
