Eagle Roofing Products Promotes Charles Schneider to Executive VP

Eagle Roofing Products has announced the promotion of Charles Schneider to executive vice president, recognizing his longstanding leadership and contributions to the company’s manufacturing operations and continued growth.

Schneider joined Eagle Roofing Products in July 2004, bringing extensive experience in concrete products manufacturing as well as expertise in concrete and clay roof tile production. Over the past two decades, he has played a key role in strengthening and modernizing the company’s manufacturing capabilities.

During his tenure as vice president of manufacturing, Schneider helped guide plant design, facility layout, equipment installation and the development of manufacturing standards across Eagle’s operations. His leadership has been instrumental in establishing the company’s modern, nationwide manufacturing footprint.

Schneider has also championed innovation, standardized operating procedures and a strong commitment to safe, efficient and environmentally responsible manufacturing practices. His efforts have supported greater consistency, productivity and operational excellence throughout the organization.
