METALCON 2026
METALCON Launches 40 Under 40 Program
Nominations open through July 21

METALCON announced the launch of its new 40 Under 40 Recognition Program, which will honor emerging professionals helping shape the future of the metal construction industry.
The program will recognize 40 professionals age 40 and younger for contributions in areas including project management, fabrication, engineering, design and field operations, according to organizers.
“The program spotlights professionals who are already making an impact across the metal construction industry while also representing its next generation of leadership,” said Judy Geller, vice president of trade shows for PSMJ Resources Inc., producer of METALCON.
Nominations are open through July 21, 2026, and honorees will be selected by a panel representing multiple segments of the industry. Selection criteria include achievement, leadership, innovation and industry impact.
“As METALCON marks its 35th anniversary, this program is about elevating the people who are actively shaping the industry’s direction,” Geller said.
Honorees will be announced in September and recognized during METALCON 2026, scheduled for Oct. 7-9 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla. Winners also will receive profiles on METALCON.com and recognition through industry publications, social media and an onsite networking reception.
Eligible nominees must be age 40 or younger and actively involved in the metal construction industry. Nominations may be submitted by peers, managers or through self-nomination.
