Hogan Named IIBEC president; Announces Leadership
IIBEC appointed Jennifer Hogan as president and named new officers and board members, including regional directors, during its 2026 convention in Sacramento.

The International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants has named Jennifer Hogan of Pretium Engineering Inc. as its new president following its 2026 board and officer elections.
Hogan succeeds Chris Dawkins of Beech Consulting Inc., who now serves as the immediate past president. Burt Carver of Apex Building Sciences Inc. was elected first vice president, Julie Palmer of Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates Inc. as second vice president, and Jon Cannon as secretary-treasurer.
Newly elected to the board for the 2026–2027 term are Region IV Director Mallory Buckley of Walter P Moore & Associates and Region V Director André Coppin of Cornerstone Architectural Group. Jon Solland of RJC Engineers, Region VI director, was re-elected to a second term.
Other board members include Norm Crouse of Dedicated Roof & Hydro Solutions (Region I); Nick Tribble of SKA Consulting Engineers Inc. (Region II); Charles T. Sietmann of Building Technology Group (Region III); and Stephanie Robinson of WSP Canada Inc. (Region VII).
“I’m honored to be surrounded by such a strong leadership team,” Hogan said. “IIBEC has never been better positioned to meet the demands of our evolving industry.”
The leadership changes were announced during the organization’s annual meeting, held March 12–15 in Sacramento, Calif., as part of its international convention and trade show.
