Westlake Royal Building Products has launched TrendLine, a data-driven digital platform that analyzes shifting homeowner preferences, alongside a redesigned corporate website that unifies its product brands and introduces an AI-powered design tool.

TrendLine presents the company’s 2026 home design forecast, identifying five key trends: Biophilic Design, emphasizing natural materials and outdoor connections; Quiet Luxury, focused on clean lines and refined details; New Neutrality, highlighting warm off-whites and soft greiges; Color Drenching, using a single hue across exterior elements; and Resilience and Protection, prioritizing durable, low-maintenance materials suited for extreme weather.

The redesigned website consolidates Westlake Royal’s siding, trim, roofing, stone, windows and outdoor living brands into one platform, offering product information, educational resources and design inspiration.

The site also debuts Design Canvas, an AI-powered visualization tool that allows homeowners, designers and contractors to plan exterior projects. Users can experiment with sample homes or upload a photo of their own property. The tool’s QuickView mapping technology identifies key exterior areas, enabling users to apply and compare siding, trim, roofing and stone options. Projects can be saved, shared and exported with a product summary to assist with material sourcing.

The launch reflects increased homeowner reliance on digital research tools during project planning and aims to streamline product selection and visualization across Westlake Royal’s portfolio.
