Duro-Last Honors Contractors at 2026 Sales Seminar
Parsons Commercial Roofing named Contractor of the Year

Duro-Last recognized its top contractors and standout roofing projects during the 2026 National Sales Seminar, held Jan. 18–20 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, Tenn..
The annual event welcomed more than 2,000 attendees representing more than 300 authorized Duro-Last roofing contractor companies. The seminar featured educational sessions, networking opportunities, company updates and product announcements, along with awards honoring contractor achievements throughout 2025.
“The energy surrounding the National Sales Seminar is always something special,” said Darren Schulz, president of Duro-Last. “This year’s event in Nashville gave us the perfect setting to celebrate the World’s Best Roofers and share a look at the exciting innovations our teams are bringing to the industry in 2026.”
Parsons Commercial Roofing of Waco, Texas, was named Duro-Last’s 2025 Contractor of the Year. The company was recognized for exceptional workmanship, attention to detail, customer service and sales performance. A Duro-Last authorized contractor for more than 25 years, Parsons Commercial Roofing also holds Platinum contractor status for quality workmanship.
In addition, Duro-Last honored contractors with Annual Project Awards across multiple categories. The Project of the Year Award went to Damschroder Roofing of Fremont, Ohio, for its work on Minerva Middle School in Minerva, Ohio. Lighty Roofing and Construction of Edmond, Oklahoma, received the Custom-Fabrication Award for the Greentech Center project in Anadarko, Oklahoma.
Quality Exteriors of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, earned the Edge-to-Edge & Deck-to-Sky™ Award for the Modera SoBro project in Nashville, Tennessee. Billmans Cool Roofing Co. of Lodi, California, received the Metal Roofing Award for the USCG Bauer Building 544 in Petaluma, California.

Four Seasons Energy Efficient Roofing of Shoreview, Minnesota, was recognized with the Sustainability Award for the Merrick Inc. project in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota. The Specialty Membrane Award went to Springfield Roofing of Kingsley, Michigan, for its work on a community center project in northern Michigan.
Beyond the awards, the seminar emphasized education and professional development. Breakout sessions covered advanced installation techniques, digital marketing and AI tools, metal roofing sales strategies, competitive sales training and a preview of Duro-Last innovations planned for 2026.
The event also included networking opportunities and entertainment, culminating in the annual Awards Gala and a private concert by country music artist Lee Brice in downtown Nashville.
