All Weather Insulated Panels announced the appointment of Gary Sweeney as low-slope roofing manager, a strategic role designed to accelerate the growth of OneDek and strengthen AWIP’s leadership in the commercial roofing market.

In this position, Sweeney will oversee AWIP’s low-slope roofing market with a focus on expanding the reach of OneDek, building customer relationships, and driving adoption of AWIP’s insulated metal panel (IMP) solutions. OneDek, AWIP’s low-slope roofing assembly, has gained traction as an alternative to traditional assemblies by simplifying installation, enhancing thermal performance, and supporting faster project delivery.
