All Weather Insulated Panels (AWIP) has unveiled its latest breakthrough in fire-resistant construction technology with the launch of the DM40-F+ featuring InnovaCELL Technology.

This innovative insulated metal panel delivers a one-hour fire rating while incorporating sustainable materials and maintaining the lightweight properties essential for modern construction projects. The lightweight panel is ideal for exterior applications.

Product Highlights

  •  Tested and certified to meet ASTM E119 standards for 1-hour fire-rated wall assemblies, ensuring code compliance and safety.
  • High thermal performance combined with fire-resistant properties, ideal for projects requiring both insulation excellence and a 1-hour fire rating without compromise.
  • Lightweight InnovaCELL foam core enhances ease of handling and increase installation speed versus traditional fire-rated assemblies
  • Strength and rigidity of DM40-F+ enables longer panel lengths and design flexibility
  • Closed-cell foam technology mitigates vapor intrusion and reduces condensation risk compared to mineral wool.
  • Panel joinery is designed to permit installation of the panel vertically
  • Reduces the number of materials and steps needed, cutting down on labor time and installation costs
