Associated Materials Innovations is expanding its ASCEND Composite Cladding line with a full suite of color-matched accessories engineered to help contractors make full-system installs more efficient and visually unified.

Launching in time for peak siding season, the new J-Channel, trims and outside corner post profiles create a high-end finish with no caulking, sealing or painting required. Now available to order, ASCEND accessories are a professional-grade solution for worksites navigating today’s labor crunch.

Edge it. Trim it. Elevate Every Detail

Offered in a wide range of classic and contemporary colors — including recent arrival Cape Cod Gray — the new accessories are color-matched to ASCEND 7-inch Plank and 12-inch Vertical Board & Batten cladding that enhances exteriors from edge to edge. They also match in performance, with pro-focused features like longer lengths, durable construction and lightweight handling.

Available SKUs include:

  • J-Channel – 12-foot lengths, 32 pieces/carton, available in all 21 colors
  • 3.5-inch Trim and 5.5-inch Trim – 16-foot lengths, 10 pieces/carton, available in seven colors
  • 3.5-inch Outside Corner Post – 12-foot lengths, 10 pieces/carton, all colors

The ASCEND line delivers an inspired aesthetic paired with high-performance materials and complemented by crew-ready construction. The new accessories are available in time for the busy summer building season, giving contractors and remodelers a solution to streamline their siding jobs.

“ASCEND is already known for performance, visual appeal, and working the way pros like it to,” said Ryan Gibson, business director for vinyl and composite cladding at AMI. “With these new accessories, we’re extending that same standard of excellence to every edge, corner and transition so installers can maintain momentum, stand out with a polished finish and earn more positive reviews.”

Built on the same technology platform that powers ASCEND’s lightweight, weather-resistant composite panels, AMI says the new accessories are designed for longevity, low maintenance and simplified on-site use. By offering a full system — from panels to trim that don’t require sealing, caulking, painting or any special prep or tools — contractors can sell the total exterior and deliver a cleaner, more consistent finish.
