Henry^® 212 All-Purpose Crystal Clear Sealant adheres to a variety of construction materials, including wet and marine surfaces, while providing a clear seal that remains flexible, even in low temperatures. It is a one-part, high-performance, thermoplastic sealant that cures with a tack-free skin within 30 minutes. The temperature range is -20 degrees to 160 degrees Fahrenheit. It does not require primer and is ideal for most common building materials to stop and prevent leaks.
