 The Firestone Building Products Ultra Ply^™ TPO XR — the roofing membrane installed over the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino — is a durable and versatile single-ply membrane that can be fully adhered or mechanically attached for re-roof and new construction projects. It features an 8-ounce, 35-mil, non-woven polyester for additional internal and external reinforcement and enhanced puncture resistance. Available in white, tan and gray and in thicknesses of 45-, 60- and 80-mil, UltraPly TPO XR provides excellent weatherability and strong resistance to UV rays and common rooftop chemicals. The material eliminates the need for a cover board in most re-roof applications.
