A Flex Metal Roof Retrofit System can reduce air conditioning costs up to 35 percent or more, depending on the installation. In extreme conditions the temperature of a metal roof surface can reach 180 degrees Fahrenheit under the same conditions a Flex white reflective cool roof system remains at about 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
