MIDLAND, Mich. - Dow Polyurethanes, a business group of The Dow Chemical Company (Dow), announced that it has completed the acquisition of British Vita’s polyurethane systems business, Hyperlast Limited. The Hyperlast acquisition includes elastomer systems enterprises in the United Kingdom and North America as well as Autothane Limited, a leading manufacturer of advanced automotive suspension components.
