SENCO Marks 75 Years in Fastening Tools
Tool manufacturer highlights its history in pneumatic fastening, U.S. manufacturing and products designed for construction professionals

SENCO is celebrating 75 years in business, marking a milestone for the fastening tool manufacturer founded in 1951.
SENCO is celebrating 75 years in business, marking a milestone for the fastening tool manufacturer founded in 1951.
The Cincinnati-based company has developed fastening products used by builders, remodelers and other tradespeople, including pneumatic and cordless nailers, staplers, screw systems, compressors and fasteners. Its history includes developing pneumatic tackers, as well as paper-taped framing nails and coil nails.
SENCO said it continues to invest in battery-powered and auto-feed technologies designed to improve jobsite productivity. The company plans to focus its next phase on new technologies, efficiency and continued U.S. production.
Kyocera Corporation acquired SENCO Brands in 2017, forming KYOCERA SENCO Industrial Tools. Today, SENCO products are sold in more than 40 countries.
