Polyglass to Highlight Fire-Resistant Roofing at WRE
Manufacturer will also showcase a new tile underlayment and host a live product demonstration in Las Vegas
Polyglass U.S.A. will showcase a new tile-roofing underlayment, fire-resistant roofing systems and building envelope solutions at the Western Roofing Expo, Sept. 28-29 at Paris Las Vegas.
Among the products featured at Booth #441 will be Polyanchor HU PLUS with Tri-Strata Technology, a modified bitumen hybrid underlayment designed for mechanically attached tile roofing systems. Polyglass says the product is engineered to improve jobsite durability and long-term weather protection.
The manufacturer will also highlight roofing assemblies aimed at projects in Wildland Urban Interface areas, including systems featuring its Burn-Shield Technology, fire-resistant underlayments and low-slope roofing assemblies.
Polyglass will hold a live product demonstration Sept. 28 at 1:30 p.m. featuring Polyanchor HU PLUS, Polystick PX HT high-temperature ice-and-water underlayment and Burn-Shield fire-resistant roofing solutions.
Marco Sieber, Polyglass director of product management, and Maury Alpert, national codes and compliance manager, will also present an AIA-accredited seminar, “Roofs and Roof Coverings: Mitigating the Effects of Fire in the Wildland Urban Interface (WUI),” during Seminar Block 1 on Sept. 28. The session will examine roofing-system considerations and strategies for improving fire performance in wildfire-prone areas.
Polyglass will also display commercial roofing, restoration, waterproofing and other building envelope products as part of its Seal the Envelope portfolio.
