Raymond's Shannon Curtis Drives Supply Chain Innovation
The product marketing leader is recognized by Supply & Demand Chain Executive with Women in Supply Chain award.

The Raymond Corporation proudly announces Shannon Curtis, director of product marketing, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Women in Supply Chain award in the Trailblazers category, presented by Supply & Demand Chain Executive (SDCE). The award recognizes female supply chain leaders whose accomplishments, leadership and vision are helping advance the industry while creating a foundation for future generations of professionals.
“Supply chain innovation begins with understanding the challenges customers face and developing solutions that help them operate more efficiently and effectively,” Curtis said. “I’m honored to receive this recognition and proud to work alongside teams at Raymond that are committed to bringing meaningful innovation to market and helping our customers achieve their goals.”
As director of product marketing, Curtis plays a critical role in connecting product development, commercialization and customer needs across Raymond’s portfolio of material handling solutions. She leads efforts to align teams throughout the product life cycle, helping ensure new products and technologies are developed with customer challenges and operational demands in mind.
Since joining Raymond in 2014, Curtis has driven successful commercialization of numerous products and solutions, including the iWAREHOUSE® Integrated Tether System and Raymond® High Capacity Orderpicker. Her collaborative approach brings together insights from marketing, engineering, manufacturing and finance to support product development and launch strategies that deliver measurable value to customers.
Over the past year, Curtis has helped lead the introduction of several innovative solutions designed to address evolving warehouse challenges. Under her leadership, Raymond’s iWAREHOUSE ObjectSense Detection & Notification System received the 2025 SupplyTech Breakthrough Award for Material Handling Innovation of the Year. In 2026, Raymond also introduced the Raymond 4260 Stand-up Counterbalanced Truck, designed to provide advanced performance, operator-focused features and integrated intelligence to support modern warehouse operations.
In 2024, Curtis was named a Rock Star of the Supply Chain by Food Logistics and a Rising Star by SDCE and Food Logistics for her intelligent approach to product innovation and supply chain advancement.
Looking ahead, Curtis remains focused on strengthening Raymond’s product commercialization framework, advancing customer-centric product development and supporting the continued growth of teams responsible for bringing innovative solutions to market.
