Membership Move
PEPA Adds QXO, Launches Distributor Category
Trade group expands membership structure

The Polymeric Exterior Products Association (PEPA) has added QXO as its newest member, marking the launch of a distributor membership category within the trade group.
PEPA, which rebranded in 2024 to reflect its broader focus beyond vinyl siding, represents manufacturers of polymeric exterior building products, including siding, decking, roofing and windows. The association also administers the VSI certification program for vinyl siding products. The new distributor category is intended to bring distributors into closer partnership with manufacturers and other stakeholders on issues such as market access, workforce development and recycling.
“We are thrilled to welcome QXO as PEPA’s newest member and the first to join under our distributor category,” said Kate Offringa, president and CEO of PEPA. “Distributors play a critical role in connecting manufacturers with contractors and builders across the country.”
A QXO spokesperson that siding is an important part of the complementary products business, and PEPA membership is a natural fit as it expands into more product categories.
PEPA said expanding membership to include distributors is designed to strengthen collaboration across the building materials supply chain and address industry challenges, including workforce shortages and sustainability initiatives.
Several roofing-related manufacturers are members of PEPA, including Brava Roof Tile, DaVinci Roofscapes and EcoStar LLC, which produce polymeric and synthetic roofing products. Broader building materials manufacturers with roofing product lines, such as CertainTeed and Westlake Royal Building Products, are also part of PEPA’s membership.
