MBCI has introduced an industry-leading Online Ordering Program for its standard Commercial and Industrial panel profiles, structural members, related accessories and trim.
“Our e-commerce solution is a fast, accurate, easy and convenient approach to ordering PBR, PBU and other C&I panels, trim, accessories, and structural members,” said Bill Coleman, MBCI Vice President/Sales
Customers can order products online 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
“This system will allow our customers to place orders any time, which gives them greater flexibility,” Coleman said.
The customer can look up products by part number or name and order by quantity, gauge, color, length, options and finish. In addition, the customer has the option to check the status of any or all orders and to sort the data by Sales Order Number, Purchase Order Number, Last Date Modified, Date Submitted, Amount or Overall Status.
They also have access to view and print invoices and shopping carts at anytime.
“The customer now has access to up-to-date pricing and estimating at anytime for his or her convenience,” Coleman added.
Customers will need to register and create a username and password to order products and check any order status. Existing customers can contact their closest MBCI plant to receive login credentials. New customers will be provided with a username and password when they self register, according to Coleman.
“We have developed a very workable tool to help our customers place orders, create estimates, and check order status at their convenience, 24-7,” he said.
