In his new role, Paine takes over management of the company’s day-to-day operations. He will oversee the sales staff and set the strategic direction of future sales and customer-service initiatives. Paine is enrolled at the National Roofing Contractors Association’s Future Executives Institute. The three-year program, held at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, focuses on core areas essential to small-business operations, such as leadership, human resources and health and safety.
