JOPLIN, Mo. — Across America, roofing professionals are learning how to save time and money from TAMKO’s Rick the Roofer® as he offers first-hand product and industry knowledge on national roadshow tours.

This year, roofing professionals will have even more opportunities to learn the latest with Rick the Roofer as he kicks off the 2020 TAMKO Roadshow with some of the industry’s biggest events in the world, including the International Roofing Expo (IRE) in Dallas on Feb. 4-6. Attendees will get to meet Rick the Roofer, see live demonstrations, and enter for a chance to win one of two drones at TAMKO’s booth during IRE.

Since TAMKO Building Products introduced Rick the Roofer in 2018, the 50-year roofing industry veteran has quickly gained popularity with thousands of roofing professionals at more than 60 public and private industry events across the country, providing education, resources and hands-on installation demonstrations.

At IBS and IRE, Rick the Roofer will be presenting some of his most popular live demonstrations, including TAMKO’s 2 Cuts 5 Courses No Waste standard installation method that reduces waste and saves contractors significant time and money.

Throughout 2020, Rick the Roofer will travel nationwide in his custom-built truck and trailer to events hosted by some of the largest distributors in the industry. Following the international tradeshows, Rick will head east, kicking off the Rick the Roofer 2020 TAMKO Roadshow tour with a series of events in the Southeast, Northeast and upper Midwest.
