Englert Inc. has unveiled its S3000 Series Profile Tooling and Cap Machine designed for use with the company’s Metalman Multi-Panel Roofing Machine. The new tooling and cap machine allow contractors with the Englert multi-panel machine to produce the S3000 three-inch high mechanically seamed panel system designed specifically for heavy industrial and large commercial buildings with low slope, long panel runs and wide span structural requirements. The S3000 produces the most positive mechanically seamed engagement available. In addition to its durability and ruggedness, a major benefit of this profile is the ability to easily remove and replace panels damaged by storms, falling objects and manmade causes without removing all the panels of a damaged roof. The tooling produces a nominal three-inch tall panel. With the addition of the new S3000 profile tooling and cap machine, the Metalman Multi-Panel Roofing Machine now produces the largest number of metal roofing profiles from a single machine available anywhere in the marketplace. Forming rollers for any one of 10 different profiles can be changed out by only one person in 30 minutes. For more information, visit www.englertinc.com.
