The 2022 winner attended a college carpentry program after high school, and in 2015, started her own successful roofing business.

Wade brings nearly 30 years of experience, particularly in the construction and commercial roofing industries, to CEO Coaching International.

Wade’s 27-year career includes serving as CEO of North American Roofing Inc., one of the largest national commercial roofing companies, based in Asheville, N.C. 

 Nautilus Solar Energy LLC and North American Roofing Services Inc. have announced an agreement to provide combined roofing and solar solutions. 

 North American Roofing continues to build its national presence and reputation with the hiring of Andy Fort.
