Kramer has held multiple positions at ABC Supply, including branch manager and regional operations manager. Most recently, he served as the district manager for ABC Supply’s Ohio Valley District.

Higginbotham will serve as ARMA’s resource for identifying, monitoring, and recommending/implementing action on regulatory and legislative issues of importance to the asphalt roofing industry.
