Tony Rader, vice president of sales for National Roofing Partners (NRP), Dallas. NRP with its partner network of over 200 Tier 1 roofing service partners serves the industry in all aspects for roof service needs from reroofs to service. Rader has served as the Past Chairman 2019 of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Rader has served on various committees and past region vice chair a position for ABC he has held since 2012. The South-Central Region includes members and chapters in Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and Arkansas.
Rader also serves on the NCCER board of Directors the premier education and curriculum association for the construction industry since 2020.
Rader still serves ABC as a member of several committees nationally that assist the national chairman in carrying out the mandates of the ABC Board of Directors.
Rader served as chairman of the ABC TEXO Chapter in 2010 the local DFW ABC Chapter. He also served on several chapter committees, including bylaws, finance and membership, and the chapter’s political action committee, TEXO-PAC.
As vice president of business development for NRP, Rader manages a national sales and marketing staff with executive oversight of key project initiatives. NRP is a privately owned Dallas-based contractor working in all facets of roof construction—including commercial and industrial projects—with more than 200+ partners nationwide.
Active in his community, Rader has served as past president of the Rotary Club of Hurst-Euless-Bedford, past member of the Civil Service Commission of the city of North Richland Hills. Rader attended Tarrant County Community College in Hurst, Texas, and Southern Methodist University in Dallas. He is married and has three children and four grandchildren.
