Elizabeth Sanford is the Director of Service and Business Development for Madsen Roofing & Waterproofing, Inc., located in Sacramento, California.  Madsen is a commercial roofing contractor licensed in California and Nevada.

In addition to directing the marketing team, Elizabeth heads the company's service division.  She leads a staff of more than thirty roofing technicians and four customer service representatives as they provide Sacramento's premier maintenance and on-call leak response team.  Elizabeth and her team specialize in providing prompt responses, effective services, and best-in-class communications for more than 1,000 owners, property managers, and facilities engineers.

Elizabeth is a graduate of California State University, Sacramento.  She brought many years of management experience and leadership to Madsen when she joined the team in 2018.

Elizabeth and her husband Frank live in Roseville, California with their dog Macie and Macie's cat companions.  The Sanford family enjoys adventures and camping in their fifth wheel trailer.
